April Update

April was a tough month for me mentally, but productive. I completed the story blocking prep-work for the book and began writing the first rough draft. I can’t wait to see the first draft once it is done. My goal is to have the first draft done by July! The trickiest part I have found has been deciding which point of view to write it in. Should I select a main character and use them as the 1st person point of view? Should I switch between characters? Should I write in the third person? I am not sure I have an answer to this yet, but I have been writing in the main character’s point of view to start, and I will see how it goes.
